Our Beliefs
We believe the Bible is the true unerring Word of God, spoken through the Holy Spirit to the men God chose to
record it.
We believe God is who His Word claims He is - the All-Powerful, All-Knowing, Ever-existing, completely and
infinitely perfect Creator of all.
We believe, though beyond our comprehension, God is the Father, God is the Son, Jesus Christ, and God is the
Holy Spirit.
We believe all people are lost and in need of a savior. Through Adam and Eve, sin came into the world, which
separated us from God.
We believe God the Son, Jesus Christ came to Earth as fully man and fully God, also beyond our comprehension.
He lived a perfect and blameless life - the only man ever to live a perfect life. He willingly gave up His life, enduring
physical death on the Cross, enduring a separation from His Father, so that His blood could be the atoning
sacrifice for those who believe in Him. He was resurrected to life on the third day, forever conquering sin and
death, giving us the opportunity to have eternal life with him.
We believe salvation comes through belief in Jesus Christ alone, Those who accept Jesus as their savior and
Lord will have eternal life with God in His glorious kingdom.
We believe that once you surrender your life to Christ, the Holy Spirit comes to live inside you, convicting you of
your sins, and teaching you His truths. He continually works in your life to make you more like Christ.
We believe Jesus Christ will return to the Earth again to judge the world.
We believe that at God’s final judgment, those who do not belong to Christ will be cast into the lake of fire to live
forever separate from God in eternal torment and misery. And those who belong to Christ will live eternally with
Him on a New Earth free from death, mourning, crying and pain.
We believe Satan is real and active in our world today. He is the sworn enemy of God. But God is the ultimate
Authority and will defeat Satan, throwing him into the lake of burning sulfur forever.
We believe God is trustworthy in all things. We believe He keeps every promise He makes. We believe God is
good beyond anything we can imagine. Even in His wrath and judgment, He works for the good of those who love
Him. Even in allowing Satan to roam the Earth for this time, and even in tragedy and suffering, He works for the
good of those who love Him.
