If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish,
and it will be given you. This is to my Father's glory, that you bear much
fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.
John 15:7-8
Why Study the Bible?

The Bible  is a personal letter to
you, from God. When you read
and study it, you are talking with
God.

When you learn who God is, you
learn who you are. You find God's
perfect plan for your life and rest in
Him, even when life is rough. You
find the power of God’s plan of
salvation for you to have eternal
life.

The Bible isn’t just another book
on a dusty shelf, even if that is
where yours has been. The Bible
contains the living and active
Word of God (Hebrews 4:12). It is
from God and entirely useful (2
Timothy 3:16). It is the light that
guides us (Psalm 119:105). It is
eternal, never-ending, and, just
like God Himself, it never changes
(Matthew 24:35). It is the truth
(John 17:17).

Through the Book of Job
In the midst of painful suffering, busy lives, and lost dreams
we wonder how God could have a perfect plan and purpose for
our life. Trusting God in All Things: A Women’s  Journey of
Heart and Hope through the Book of Job is a conversation
between friends that will capture your heart and change your
life as you learn to fully trust God and surrender to Christ, even
in that which seems to be less-than-perfect.

You will find hope and encouragement as you engage and
interact with God through scripture and prayer in this study.
You will look at life through God’s eyes of truth and grace. And,
you will see the opportunity to live a changed life; a life
centered on Christ and battle-ready for the challenges of the
world.

This study is like having coffee with an old friend as Jennifer
guides you through Job with a transparent and open heart,
using real-life examples of how we get it wrong, how we learn
to get it right, and how God covers it all with His grace.

Whether you are a mature Christian or have never opened a
Bible, you will feel at-home in this study as you explore
scripture to learn why God is trustworthy and look inward to
determine if you truly trust Him.

For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged
sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it
judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12
But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become
convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and
how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to
make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking,
correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be
thoroughly equipped for every good work.
2 Timothy 3:14-17
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.
Psalm 119:105
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
Matthew 24:35
Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.
John 17:17
